As we move to a new patient messaging platform that is more secure, we ask our patients to review these instructions when accessing their information or receiving an email through Oceans. Please find below a step by step instructions – there are PART A & B. You may choose which one is applicable to you. Part A is for sharing information to your doctor and part B is when the doctor sends messages to you.

PART A. UPLOADING DOCUMENTS OR PHOTOS INTO YOUR CHART (Click Here to Upload)

STEP 1:

Please ensure the name you type (first and last name) are exactly as it appears in your healthcard or chart. If you are unsure what we have on record, you can call us at 416-546-3487 to confirm the spelling and special characters. If you do not have a healthcard,

 

STEP 2:

You will need to ‘checkmarkI would like to include an attachment with this message. After clicking this, it should prompt you to allow you to upload photos/documents into your chart to help your doctor prepare for your appointment ahead of time or obtain the documents you require to be filled.

 

PART B. RECEIVING A MESSAGE WITH INSTRUCTIONS OR ATTACHMENT FROM OUR CLINIC
